“I initially considered working with Mary Beth because she has been a family friend for many years, but I was totally sold after our initial phone call. “We contacted Mary Beth Welsh to help us decide when best to put my mother's house on the market. That afternoon, she was at the house (about 45 minutes away from Windsor) assessing the house. Rather than wait until spring, she suggested that we list the house quickly, after a few minor updates. Within a few days she provided us with several referrals for painters, and within 2 weeks, the house was on the market! She used clever marketing with a "coming soon" sign that peaked local interest and we had 20+ viewings on the 1st weekend, with multiple offers. It was an older home with few comps, so she performed extensive research and priced the house exactly right, as the house appraised close to the sale price. She helped us navigate the multiple offers by gathering as much data possible from the prospective buyers and presenting the up- and downside of each offer.
