I have been a Windsor resident for 40+ years, and my extensive family throughout Connecticut has helped me become very knowledgable with many towns in and around Hartford County and the Farmington Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have served in different capacities for the\u00a0Windsor Chamber of Commerce<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0First Town Downtown<\/a> since 2007 and currently serve on the Economic Enhancement Committee for FTDT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My greatest joys are cooking and entertaining, laughing with friends and family, making home and work projects on my Mac.\u00a0 I have been happily\u00a0married for 30+ years, mother of three wonderful children, one son-in-law, am one of eight children and am also an identical twin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professional Designations:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To further my commitment to my business and my clients, I have completed comprehensive courses for Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation as well as Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) which provides a Realtor additional insight on contracts, finance, sales and marketing, environmental & health issues, technology and dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have also acquired Accredited Staging Professional (ASP).  Statistics have proven the results from a thoughtfully staged home and getting it sold faster and for stronger selling price.  Having the ASP designation allows me help sellers give their homes a breath of fresh air, show it in its best light and making their home stand above the rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to providing more personal service than many busy Realtors, I retain the services of professional photography to ensure your listing gets noticed, have floor plan services as well a a team of  specialists such as full blown professional stagers, professional painters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC and other contractors to tend to your home when the need arises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want people purchasing or selling a home to know they have a choice in using a realtor who is focused on the people she serves, giving them just a little more than they might otherwise receive.\u00a0 I love what I do and I love learning anything new about this ever-changing industry. I\u2019m hoping it demonstrate my commitment to my business and to the people I serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
