So here’s the page on my website where I tell you why you need to use me as your Realtor®.   If nothing else, what I want you to know about me is I love what I do!  I love helping people and seeing them realize their goals.  After all, buying or selling a home is a very personal and emotional experience.  As we get to know each other and determine needs and expectations, I guarantee we will establish a strong rapport based on your trust in me and my commitment to you.
By nature I crave knowledge about whatever I’m involved in and love knowing more than I did the day before. For the benefit of the quality of service I provide to my clients, I continue to invest in my career with prestigious designations and continued education classes.  My night-time entertainment reading usually consists of something along the line of short-sales, probate real estate, tankless water heaters, asbestos shingles or septic systems. 
In this current market we’re in, unforeseen glitches are the norm vs. the exception and my goal is to have you get to the closing table with as few bruises and scars possible... hopefully with a smile on your face.
There are many new and innovative ways to get the job done.  I make every use out of technology, being creative and ‘thinking outside the box’ when it’s beneficial to my clients.  Whether it’s uploading impressive virtual video tours and picture slideshows for my Sellers to YouTube, or sending links of uploaded video clips and pictures of properties to my Buyers, text messaging, electronic signatures, email and Facebook blasts, my job is to determine what your situation warrants and go from there. 
You should expect a Realtor® to showcase your home in its best light and do more than just enter data into MLS.  You should also expect a Realtor® to understand what you’re looking for in a home and not settle for something less.  While not always fun, it is the job of a competent Realtor® to make sure expectations are realistic.  I am that Realtor® and will go the distance to accomplish together what we set out to do.
